Susan Russell

Dr Susan Russell is the Head of the Haematology Program in the Kids Cancer Centre and Director of the Haemophilia Treatment Centre at SCH.

She trained in paediatric haematology/oncology and bone marrow transplantation at Prince of Wales Children’s Hospital, Great Ormond Street Children’s Hospital London and Children’s Medical Centre Dallas. Her busy clinical practice, expertise and research interests cover both childhood oncological and haematological disorders.

She is a Clinical Supervisor and lecturer to undergraduate medical students at UNSW and Co-ordinator of the post-graduate Diploma of Paediatrics.
